For over 40 years I have reported from all over the world and met many amazing people. Much of my work was broadcast on BBC Radio 4, Radio 5 Live, The World Service and National Public Radio in America.

I have hundreds of old tapes, reel to reel, cassettes and digital. I've blown off the dust and played some again. They are in no order but tell stories, capture events and provide insight into the past. I hope you enjoy this random selection of my work. It was a great pleasure to interview civil rights campaigner Samuel Lacy in 1998.

Sam fought for integration in sport and knew it would lead to social change across America and the world. I met him twice in Baltimore. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He told of the 1920's and his struggle for equality.

In the 1990's used second hand jeans were not only sold in charity shops but also high street retailers. C & A decided to offer a range of used fashion for sale. I visited the test store to see how it was going. First broadcast on BBC Radio 4 You and Yours summer 1995.
