Loyalty Points An A-Z

Today we all know about loyalty points and customer reward schemes but in the mid-nineties they were new and potentially confusing. I was sent into the stores to find out more and help consumers get the most from these incentives. My feature was introduced by the shows presenter Tasneem Siddiqi.
