Pub Landlords Victory

At the time the pub industry was dominated by big brewing companies who leased their pubs to landlords who paid rent and were tied to the brewery to provide their beers. Often the beer was more expensive than could be obtained on the open market and many pubs went bust. In Sutton Coldfield Martin and Sharon Baylis of The Boot Inn won a victory over their landlord.
